Ingredients
  • 1 Package Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Marmalade
  • 1 Can Sliced Pears (Drained)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Pre-Packaged Rolled Up Pie Crust

Directions
  1. Mix cream cheese (to room temp. will help) with the egg,marmalade and vanilla.
  2. Roll out pie crust on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Crimp edges with fingers to make scallop shape.
  3. Pour cream cheese mixture onto rolled out crust (the crimped edges will hold it in--mixture should be thick)
  4. Arrange pear slices in a circular pattern on tart.
  5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins or until cheese marmalade mixture browns
  6. Let cool for 5 mins slice and enjoy!
