How to make it

  • Mix cream cheese (to room temp. will help) with the egg,marmalade and vanilla.
  • Roll out pie crust on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Crimp edges with fingers to make scallop shape.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture onto rolled out crust (the crimped edges will hold it in--mixture should be thick)
  • Arrange pear slices in a circular pattern on tart.
  • Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins or until cheese marmalade mixture browns
  • Let cool for 5 mins slice and enjoy!
