SLICED CUCUMBER ONION SALAD WITH HONEY FRESH DRESSING This is a recipe I have used on many occasions when I have a great supply of tomatoes on hand. Date and source unknown

Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 large red onion cut into rings
  • Honey French Dressing
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika for dusting

Directions
  1. Peel skin from cucumbers in narrow strips then cut cucumbers in think round slices.
  2. Place on small platter and arrange slices of onion over cucumbers.
  3. Combine all dressing ingredients in jar and shake vigorously.
  4. Pour over cucumbers then dust with paprika and serve.
