How to make it

  • Combine Cabbages in mixing bowl
  • Chop fresh green pepper the way you like it
  • Finely chop parsley
  • Add olive oil to taste ( I never measure-it's probably a 1/4 cup)
  • Add Apple cider vinegar to taste ( aprox 1/2 a cup)
  • Salt to taste or use lemon juice
  • I've never found the poppy seed altering the flavor much-so to me they're for decoration
  • Toss like a salad-chill for at least a half hour
  • Taste great with crispy chicken breast or buffalo sauced chicken breast-oh and BBQ'd tri-tip
