Scallop Penne

- 1/2 pound scallops shopping list
- 1 pound penne pasta cooked al dente shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried basil shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomatoes diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk mixed with 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Season scallops with spices and sauté in preheated skillet 2 minutes then add garlic.
- Sauté until cooked through then add stock and simmer 5 minutes to reduce.
- Add milk and cornstarch mixture to thicken then remove from heat.
- Add pasta, tomatoes, basil and cheese then toss well and serve immediately.
