How to make it

  • Season scallops with spices and sauté in preheated skillet 2 minutes then add garlic.
  • Sauté until cooked through then add stock and simmer 5 minutes to reduce.
  • Add milk and cornstarch mixture to thicken then remove from heat.
  • Add pasta, tomatoes, basil and cheese then toss well and serve immediately.
