How to make it

  • Cream Butter and Sugar for ten full minutes until it is very light
  • and fluffy. Mix dry ingredients together. Add them alternately with
  • the Buttermilk and RO Water. Pour into the prepared pans. Bake for
  • 25 minutes or until a tester comes out clean when inserted into the
  • middle of the cake; the cake pulls away from the edges of the pan
  • and is springy to the touch.
  • Allow to cool on a wire rack for ten minutes before turning out onto
  • a large wire rack. When cool fill with our Orange Cream Filling and
  • frost with Chocolate Ganache or our Sour Cream Frosting
