How to make it

  • Melt Margarine in med fry pan
  • Wrap tofu in plastic wrap and microwave for 30-45 seconds
  • Add Veggies, Tofu and Soya Sauce to pan and stir fry until desired tenderness
  • Add Balsamic Vinegar
  • Serve over Rice, pasta or other grain or your choice
  • Note: Try it with my "Rice Cooker Saffron Rice" I love it.
