Balsamic Veggie Tofu Sirfry Recipe
I love this stir fry when I'm indecisive about what I want to eat. It's satisfying and easy and I love the simple flavors. This recipe is for balsamic lovers.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Veggies (eg Broccoli, caulifour, carrotts, peas, beans, onions, zucchini, chestnuts, whatever you've got)
  • 1/4 Cup Firm Tofu, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1-2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Rice, Pasta or Grain of your choice, prepared

Directions
  1. Melt Margarine in med fry pan
  2. Wrap tofu in plastic wrap and microwave for 30-45 seconds
  3. Add Veggies, Tofu and Soya Sauce to pan and stir fry until desired tenderness
  4. Add Balsamic Vinegar
  5. Serve over Rice, pasta or other grain or your choice
  6. Note: Try it with my "Rice Cooker Saffron Rice" I love it.
