Balsamic Veggie Tofu Sirfry

- 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Veggies (eg broccoli, caulifour, carrotts, peas, beans, onions, zucchini, chestnuts, whatever you've got) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup firm tofu, cubed shopping list
- 1 Tbsp margarine shopping list
- 1-2 Tbsp soya sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- rice, pasta or Grain of your choice, prepared shopping list
How to make it
- Melt Margarine in med fry pan
- Wrap tofu in plastic wrap and microwave for 30-45 seconds
- Add Veggies, Tofu and Soya Sauce to pan and stir fry until desired tenderness
- Add Balsamic Vinegar
- Serve over Rice, pasta or other grain or your choice
- Note: Try it with my "Rice Cooker Saffron Rice" I love it.
