How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 425 degrees F
  • Combine the meat , crumbs, taco seasoning, cold water. Press into 2 inch muffin cups (24 in all) to make a shell.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the filling, sour cream thru crushed tortilla chips. Heap a little mound in each meat shell. Sprinkle tarts with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 8 minutes. Serve hot.
