- 1 pound (16 oz) lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 Table. taco seasoning shopping list
- 2 Table. cold water. shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 T. mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 T. salsa shopping list
- 2 T. chopped ripe olives shopping list
- 2 T. chopped green peppers shopping list
- 3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips. shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 425 degrees F
- Combine the meat , crumbs, taco seasoning, cold water. Press into 2 inch muffin cups (24 in all) to make a shell.
- In a small bowl, mix together the filling, sour cream thru crushed tortilla chips. Heap a little mound in each meat shell. Sprinkle tarts with grated cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 8 minutes. Serve hot.
