Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2-cup whole-wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1 3/4 (scant) cup bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Gluten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Yeast
  • ----------------------------------------
  • 1/3 cup currents
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Ground cardamom*
  • *Keep tightly sealed bottle of cardamom in refrigerator.

Directions
  1. Place first 10 ingredients in bread machine in order as listed.
  2. In 28 minutes open machine and add next 5 ingredients,
  3. then close door of machine and let process.
