Sweet,fast,easy Apple Crisp.I don't use a regular oven and I don't like to heat up my tiny Kitchen with the Convection oven so this is perfect for the 2 of us.

Ingredients
  • 4 tart Apples
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking Oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp.Nutmeg

Directions
  1. Peal and thin slice the Apples
  2. Place in and 8 X8 inch square glass microwave dish
  3. Melt Margarine in a bowl in the microwave only a few seconds
  4. Mix remaining ingred.with the margarine.
  5. Sprinkle over apples.
  6. Microwave on high 12 to 15 minutes til Apples are tender.
  7. I like alittle ice cream on the top in the summer.
