Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen strawberries thawed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • One angel food cake cut into three equal layers.

Directions
  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, egg white and lemon juice in large mixing bowl and beat for 10 minutes with an electric beater.
  2. Ice between the layers and on top of the cake.
