STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the May Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions
  1. Place ice cubes in a blender and process to crush.
  2. Set aside 4 slices of the strawberries.
  3. Add remaining berries to blender along with sugar and puree until smooth.
  4. Add ice cream and milk then process until smooth or to the desired consistency.
  5. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with the reserved berries and serve immediately.
