STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the May Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients
- 2 ice cubes shopping list
- 1 cup sliced strawberries shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Place ice cubes in a blender and process to crush.
- Set aside 4 slices of the strawberries.
- Add remaining berries to blender along with sugar and puree until smooth.
- Add ice cream and milk then process until smooth or to the desired consistency.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with the reserved berries and serve immediately.
