This apple salad is creamy and sweet, but not too fattening. My kids love it!

Ingredients
  • 1-8oz. Cool Whip, fat free
  • 1 small box Butterscotch pudding, fat free
  • 3 cups apples, bite size pieces
  • 1-12oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
