How to make it

  • Grease a microwave-safe bowl with butter
  • Crack eggs into a bowl and beat using fork or whisk
  • Add in milk/water, butter, pepper and salt to taste
  • Place in Microwave and cook for 45 seconds
  • Remove from microwave (egg will be partially cooked)
  • Briefly stir the egg mixture so the cooked parts blend with the loose parts
  • Set the egg back into the Microwave and cook for 10-second intervals checking each time until there is more solid egg than liquid. Be sure to leave some liquid though, and do not overcook it!
