Microwave Scrambled Egg

- 1 teaspoon butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk or water shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- pepper and salt shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a microwave-safe bowl with butter
- Crack eggs into a bowl and beat using fork or whisk
- Add in milk/water, butter, pepper and salt to taste
- Place in Microwave and cook for 45 seconds
- Remove from microwave (egg will be partially cooked)
- Briefly stir the egg mixture so the cooked parts blend with the loose parts
- Set the egg back into the Microwave and cook for 10-second intervals checking each time until there is more solid egg than liquid. Be sure to leave some liquid though, and do not overcook it!
