A fabulous quick salad. The cool crispness of cucumbers balances the heavy Caesar dressing well.

Ingredients
  • cucumbers
  • creamy Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • sunflower kernels

Directions
  1. Cut the cucumber into small chunks. Place them in a bowl along with the sunflower kernels and Parmesan.
  2. Pour enough Caesar dressing over the cucumbers and mix well. The cucumbers should be lightly coated.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
