How to make it

  • Combie potatoes, onion, lemon peel and parsley with beaten egg. Set aside.
  • Mix ground beef, seasonings and carraway seed.
  • Combine both mixtures and mix thoroughly.
  • Form into 16 balls.
  • Dip balls into the flour. Brown in margarine.
  • Disolve bouillon cubes into boiling water.
  • Add meatballs. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
