Chicken and Vegetable Bow-Tie Soup

- 1 tsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, chopped shopping list
- 3 cans (14 oz.) chicken broth shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 bag (1 pound) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower shopping list
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked bow-tie pasta shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasonig shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook celery in oil for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
- Add broth and water. Heat to boiling.
- Add frozen vegetables. Heat to boiling.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low.
- simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally, until pasta and vegetables are tender.
