Wilted Lettuce

My mom's recipe for wilted lettuce- it is yummy.
Ingredients
- 5-6 bacon strips crumbled shopping list
- 2 hard boiled eggs sliced shopping list
- green onions to taste sliced shopping list
- 1 head of lettuce torn--we use mixed greens shopping list
- May add tomatoes, mushrooms, radishes, etc. shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/4 C. vinegar shopping list
- 2 T. bacon fat shopping list
- 1 T. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1/4 t. pepper shopping list
- 1/4 t. dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare the salad and then pour the dressing over salad just before serving.
- Warm the dressing in the microwave prior to adding to the lettuce greens.
