How to make it

  • To prepare the spread: Beat the margerine with brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl, using a hand mixer.
  • When the mixture is smooth, add the egg and half the chocolate -melted- then stir.
  • Whisk the fresh cream and when it gains volume, add it to the mixture together with half the ground hazelnuts.
  • Place the mixture in the freezer until it thickens.
  • Cut the banana in pieces and place one piece on the chocolate side of each bisquit, adding some of the spread.
  • Top it with another bisquit and dip the sandwich in the remaining melted chocolate.
  • Repeat the process for all the bisquits, until all the spreading is used. Your choco-sandwiches are ready!
