How to make it

  • 1. Mix together in large mixing bowl
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • chopped onion
  • meatloaf seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper and garlic salt
  • milk
  • 2. Mix together realy well. (If too moist just add more bread crumbs)
  • 3. Make balls about 1 1/2 inch thick. Or just a little bigger than a quarter.
  • 4. Heat nonstick skillet and place meatballs in skillet, just leave room around each meatball to flip it.
  • 5. Turn and cook meatballs until they are done.
  • 6. You can use them in Spagetti or eat them plain....or my favorite BBQ,,,i put them in a crock pot with store bought bbq sauce and mix sauce in.
  • 7. Enjoy
