These are super easy meatballs, and they taste great too.You can put BBq on them or not...I put them in a crockpot on low after i cook them to keep them warm until i serve them ;) hope you love them as much as I do.

Ingredients
  • 2 Lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/2 yellow onion finely chopped
  • Meatloaf seasoning packet ( i use Mckormick)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1-2 t salt
  • 1-2 t pepper
  • 1 t garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Jar of BBQ sauce (if you want BBQ meatballs)

Directions
  1. 1. Mix together in large mixing bowl
  2. 2 lbs Ground Beef
  3. chopped onion
  4. meatloaf seasoning
  5. 2 eggs
  6. bread crumbs
  7. salt and pepper and garlic salt
  8. milk
  9. 2. Mix together realy well. (If too moist just add more bread crumbs)
  10. 3. Make balls about 1 1/2 inch thick. Or just a little bigger than a quarter.
  11. 4. Heat nonstick skillet and place meatballs in skillet, just leave room around each meatball to flip it.
  12. 5. Turn and cook meatballs until they are done.
  13. 6. You can use them in Spagetti or eat them plain....or my favorite BBQ,,,i put them in a crock pot with store bought bbq sauce and mix sauce in.
  14. 7. Enjoy
