Mexican Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 chicken breast

1 family sized Cream of mushroom soup

1 regular can of rotel drained---what ever flavor you like ex: hot, mild, regular

1 regular bag of Cheese Doritos

Velvetta

Directions

1. Boil Chicken Breast until done

2. Mix Cream of mushroom soup and rotel together in a mixing bowl

3. Put apart chicken in small pieces

4. Add chicken to the soup and rotel mix

5. In Casserole dish cover the bottom of dish with soup and chicken mixture

6. Top with crushed Doritos and then small cut up pieces of Velveeta

7. Layer the rest of the ingredients just like step 5 and 6.

10. Do this until you run out of ingredients....The finall top should be Velveeta

11. Bake until all the cheese is melted...about 30 min at 325 degrees.

12. Enjoy :)
