Chicken Rosemary

- 2 tablespoons softened butter per chicken quarter shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 chicken quarter per person shopping list
- 1 tablespoon choppe shopping list
- d rosemary per chicken quarter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the butter and rosemary together--rub the rosemary butter evenly over each chicken quarter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Store in the frige in glass dish covered tightly. At least 24 hours. When ready to grill-- get the grill hot --around a medium heat--cooked throughly around 45 minutes.
