Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter per chicken quarter
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 chicken quarter per person
  • 1 tablespoon choppe
  • d rosemary per chicken quarter

Directions
  1. Mix the butter and rosemary together--rub the rosemary butter evenly over each chicken quarter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Store in the frige in glass dish covered tightly. At least 24 hours. When ready to grill-- get the grill hot --around a medium heat--cooked throughly around 45 minutes.
