Ingredients
  • 2 stalks of broccoli
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • sprinkle of bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and layer in the bottom of a caserole dish
  3. Cube the chicken breasts and lay on top of the broccoli
  4. Mix together the mushroom soup, mayo, and lemon juice and spoon over the chicken and broccoli
  5. Sprinkle with cheese
  6. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  7. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes to 1 hour until it's browned, bubbly, and cooked through.
