Hot and spicy . flavour can be adjusted. Truly a West Indian flavour Adds a lift to fried fish as is more than salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/2 lb chives
  • 1 hot pepper (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon powdered clove
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 lb. thyme
  • 1/4 lb Marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 lb sweet basil
  • 3 clove garlic

Directions
  1. Chop and combine ingredient in a blender or chop and roll with a rolling pin
  2. Store in a glass jar with a small squeeze of lime or lemon juice and refridgerate. Will last about 3 months
  3. You can make incisions in meat. chicken or fish and insert.
