Ingredients
  • 14 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 18 eggs, boiled, cracked, peel and washed
  • 1 cup (1/2 jar, 10 fluid ounce) peter piper's sweet relish
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • miracle whip or mayo to taste
  • celery seed (optional)
  • paprika (optional)

Directions
  1. 1.In an stock pot place potatoes and add water to cover the potatoes and cover.When it comes to a boil.Simmer, cover for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.Drain well;cool slightly.Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. 2.In another stock pot boil water till ready for eggs to go in one at a time till they are cracked on shells.Boil for 30 minutes.Than when done drain.Peel and wash.Cut as fine as can.
  3. 3.In an mixing bowl add potatoes, eggs, pickle relish, onions, miracle whip or mayo to taste and optional celery seed and decrashion sprinkle paprika.Let set in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours.
