Greek feta and tomato spaghetti regular and gluten free

- 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, regular or gluten free shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 4 fresh plum tomatoes, cored and chopped ( canned tomatoes can be substituted) shopping list
- 1 teasp. dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teasp. salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1/8 teasp. cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- bring 4 quarts water to a boil.
- cook spaghetti according to direction
- drain pasta...reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water
- while the pasta is cooking heat olive oil ina large skillet over medium heat
- add onions and cook 3 minutes
- add garlic and cook 1 minutes stirring so garlic does not burn
- stir in tomatoes, oregano, and salt
- cook for 2 minutes
- add wine and cook 1 minute
- add feta cheese, spaghetti, and reserved cooking water and toss with pepper.
- serve immediately
