- 1/4 pound boneless porkchops---thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 pound hot pan sausage shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 sticks celery shopping list
- 1 zuchinni -- chopped into 1/4 inch pieces shopping list
- 5 roma tomatoes-- quartered and sliced thin shopping list
- fresh basil (dried will do) shopping list
- fresh oregano dried will do) shopping list
- cummin shopping list
- salt shopping list
- tablespoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- sliced mushrooms shopping list
- rice shopping list
How to make it
- add olive oil to pan and allow to begin heating
- add chopped garlic and celery and let cook until garlic begins to turn brown
- Add porkchop slices and sausage and let cook until done
- add zuchinni, tomatoes,mushrooms,........basil,oregano, salt, and cummin to taste.
- Start the rice now.
- Let cook for 15 -20 minutes on medium high until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over rice.
- Top each serving with Parmasen cheese and serve
