Roquefort and Balsamic Vinaigrette

- 2 ounces garlic crushed shopping list
- 1 ounce fresh basil chopped shopping list
- 1 ounce shallots chopped fine shopping list
- 8 ounces balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 12 ounces olive oil blended with 12 ounces peanut oil shopping list
- 8 ounces crumbled Roquefort cheese shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place garlic, shallots, fresh chopped basil in a stainless-steel bowl.
- Add in balsamic vinegar then whisk in oils and add in chunky Roquefort.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Chill until ready to use.
