This is really good on my Mom's - Clara's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Butter or Marg
  • 1/4 c + 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 c Cocoa
  • 1 lb (3 1/2 - 4 c) Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c chopped Pecans

Directions
  1. In med. sauce pan, combine Butter, Milk and Cocoa
  2. Stir over low heat til Butter is melted
  3. Add Sugar and Vanilla, stiring til smooth
  4. Stir in Pecans
  5. Pour over warm cake
  6. Cool completely, undisturbed, about 4 hours
