Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt (optional)
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Vegetables

Directions
  1. Mix tomato sauce, peanut butter and cheese.
  2. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
  3. Serve over vegetables.
  4. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
