Northwest Tomato Aspic

- 1 can (10 oz.) tomato soup shopping list
- 1/4 teas. cajun seasoning shopping list
- 1 package (3 oz.) lemon Jello shopping list
- 1 package (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened (IMPORTANT) shopping list
- 1/2 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 1/4 lb. small salad shrimp, drained and dry on paper towel shopping list
How to make it
- Heat tomato soup (undiluted) in a small saucepan. Add theCajun seasoning and lemon jello and stir to dissolve. Remove from heat.
- Put tomato soup mixture into food processor bowl with cream cheese, salad dressing, and vinegar. Process until smooth.
- Add vegetables and shrimp to the soup mixture and stir (by hand) to mix in. Pour into a serving bowl or mold and refrigerate approximately 4 hours until firm.
