How to make it

  • Throw all ingredients together in slow cooker. Simmer for 2 hours. This won't burn if you simmer on low 8 to 10 hours while you are out at work etc. You can eliminate or add any of the listed veggies or beans without affecting this recipe much. Throw in whatever you have on hand!
