Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit
  • Slice lemon and onion in thin horizontal slices.
  • Place aluminium foil in baking pan - make sure the piece is large enough to seal your salmon in.
  • Place salmon (skin side down) in the center of the foil.
  • Lay the lemon and onion slices on top of the salmon.
  • Drizzle with 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (depends on how smoky you want it to taste).
  • Seal the salmon in the foil...make sure there aren't any holes.
  • Place in center of oven preheated to 300 degrees. Bake for 3 hours.
  • Remove from oven. May be served with the lemon and onion on top or remove if you don't like the bitter taste of lemon peel.

    ~Hello~
I really like the sound of this recipe using the 'liquid smoke'~
However, I need you to clarify for me the exact time to bake it~ is it really 3 HOURS ???
    Thank-you~mj~*~
