Baked Salmon

- 2 pounds FRESH salmon fillet shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 1/4 (or less) teaspoon liquid smoke shopping list
- 9 x 13 baking pan shopping list
- Aluminium Foil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit
- Slice lemon and onion in thin horizontal slices.
- Place aluminium foil in baking pan - make sure the piece is large enough to seal your salmon in.
- Place salmon (skin side down) in the center of the foil.
- Lay the lemon and onion slices on top of the salmon.
- Drizzle with 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (depends on how smoky you want it to taste).
- Seal the salmon in the foil...make sure there aren't any holes.
- Place in center of oven preheated to 300 degrees. Bake for 3 hours.
- Remove from oven. May be served with the lemon and onion on top or remove if you don't like the bitter taste of lemon peel.
