Chocolate Butter Cream Icing

This is a "fancy" icing to top my recipe Clara's Chocolate Cake. Great for company dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c soft butter shopping list
- 1/4 c cocoa shopping list
- 3 - 4 c icing sugar (about 1 lb) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla (Add 1 tsp orange or almond as well for a new twist) shopping list
- 4 - 8 Tbsp milk shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter til light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla (and other flavouring)
- Sift cocoa and icing sugar together
- Add in 3 - 4 batches, alternating with milk, 1 Tbsp at a time
- When desired consistency, frost cooled cake.
