  • Cream butter til light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla (and other flavouring)
  • Sift cocoa and icing sugar together
  • Add in 3 - 4 batches, alternating with milk, 1 Tbsp at a time
  • When desired consistency, frost cooled cake.
