How to make it

  • Lightly saute garlic and parsley for 2 minutes
  • Add White Wine and allow to de-alcoholize for 3 - 4 minutes
  • Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes
  • Serve over hot pasta topped with a few shrimp and freshly grated Parmesan.
