Marinara Sauce

- 3 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 c finely chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/4 c white wine shopping list
- 2 - 19 oz cans diced tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly saute garlic and parsley for 2 minutes
- Add White Wine and allow to de-alcoholize for 3 - 4 minutes
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes
- Serve over hot pasta topped with a few shrimp and freshly grated Parmesan.
