How to make it

  • In shallow bowl,tosspork pieces with fajita seasoning. In large non-stick skillet over med-high heat,stir fry pork pieces with onions and peppers until vegetables are just tender(about 5-10 mins).
  • Wrap portions in flour tortilla with salsa.
  • Serve with sour cream,different salsas and guacamole
  • Place pork in freezer for about 20 mins for easier slicing.
