These cookies turn out very yummy. I didn't have any vegan butter, so I used regular butter, and I also added some cinnamon. The dough was so good, I was licking my fingers every time I got dough on them! One word of warning, these cookies baked really fast in my oven. I had my oven set to 350 instead, and they still got to brown on a few of the batches after 7 min.
