How to make it

  • Mix all your ingredients together in a small dish, pour a little less than ½ on a shallow baking dish, place the fillets on top of mixture, and cover with remaining marinade.
  • Place in the refrigerator covered for 24 hours, remove from ‘fridge’ and place into a preheated oven at 350 degrees f. cooking about 25 minutes

    Nice job on the pic and recipe. I have really got into talapia, one of my favorite ways is to bread it with both Progresso and Planko bread crumbs and pan fry or broil. I like the mild non-fishy flavor. Best, JJ. I will have to try it your way!
