How to make it

  • Mix water, sugar, and yeast till dissolved and let rest 10 minutes.
  • Mix flour and salt together. Make a circle in the middle of the flour mixture and add olive oil, yeast mixture, and Italian spices.
  • Thoroughly mix together and let dough sit in a covered bowl for 30 minutes to 1 hour, dough should double in size.
  • Put dough on a sprayed pan and cover with toppings.
  • Bake at 450° for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
