	main beef sandwich burgers bacon cheese

Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds ground chuck

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 strips bacon fried crisp and crumbled

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

Mix meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and form into 8 patties.

Combine bacon and blue cheese and divide between half the patties.

Place the remaining patties on top and press the edges to seal.

Grill over hot coals until cooked through turning once halfway through cooking.
