Ingredients

tortillas

sausage patties

eggs, scrambled

1 jar (16 ounce) mild, medium or hot salsa

1 package (8 ounce) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Follow the ingredients off from the tortillas and sausages.

Scramble the eggs.

On the tortilla layer with the sausage, eggs and spoon as much of the salsa and sprinkle with cheese and than fold like an buritoe.
