I made this for dinner around a week ago as a casserole with enchilada sauce, it came out wonderful...today I changed it around a little bit, and rolled them up, and used pace picante sauce as the topping.

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 can of Green chiles chopped
  • Sour cream
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Shredded Cheese (2 cups)
  • 1 pack of Taco seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Take 2 cups of chicken, 2 table spoons of vegetable oil, 1 can of green chiles, 1/2 pack of taco seasonsing and mix it in a skillet on low for around 10 min.
  2. in a bowl mix 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1 cup cottage cheese with one cup of shredded cheese.
  3. MIx in the bowl
  4. Take the chicken, taco mix, green chile mix and combine it with the cottage cheese mix.
  5. take 5 flour tortillas, and fill each one individually with the mix,
  6. place in the glass Pyrex dish.
  7. spread Pace Picante sauce (to your liking) everyone uses a different amount, I used the mild kind, and just spread a little on each one. Don't top it off. That will be to much. Then spread as much cheese as you like on top.
  8. Bake 350 25-35 min.
  9. Eat~up~
