Pork with Ginger in Dark Soy Sauce

- 200g sliced pork (fatless) shopping list
- 1 clove garlic (chopped) shopping list
- Shredded Fresh ginger(amount depends on you) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cups of water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the pan and put in sesame oil.(medium heat)
- Stir fry the ginger until the fragrance appear.
- Add in the chopped garlic.
- Add in cooking oil then add in the sliced pork.
- Stir fry until the pork is totally cooked.
- Add in water to boil.
- Add in the dark soy sauce to give salty taste and dark colour.(stir fry)
- If it is not salty enough, u can add more dark soy sauce( will get darker colour) or some salt.
- The dish is now ready to be served.
- If you wan the dish to look good,you can garnish the dish with some chopped spring onion.
