How to make it

  • Heat the pan and put in sesame oil.(medium heat)
  • Stir fry the ginger until the fragrance appear.
  • Add in the chopped garlic.
  • Add in cooking oil then add in the sliced pork.
  • Stir fry until the pork is totally cooked.
  • Add in water to boil.
  • Add in the dark soy sauce to give salty taste and dark colour.(stir fry)
  • If it is not salty enough, u can add more dark soy sauce( will get darker colour) or some salt.
  • The dish is now ready to be served.
  • If you wan the dish to look good,you can garnish the dish with some chopped spring onion.
