How to make it

  • Cream sugar, butter and cocoa
  • Add eggs and vanilla
  • Add flour and beat for 4 minutes
  • Fold in nuts and coconut
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9" x 13" pan
  • Cool 10 minutes
  • Spread jar of marshmallow crème over top of cake
  • Then add icing (directions on making icing below)
  • Melt butter in a small sauce pan
  • Add milk and cocoa and then bring to a boil (Be careful not to scorch)
  • Pour in bowl with 1 box powdered sugar
  • Beat well
  • Add vanilla and mix thoroughly
  • Spread over cake
