PRAWN FRIED RICE

1. Cook rice in double the quantity of water till done and keep aside. 2. Heat oil. Sauté tomatoes and spring onions for a minute. 3. Add cooked rice, crumbled MAGGI Cubes, scrambled eggs, prawns and salt to taste. Read more 4. Mix well and remove from fire. 5. Serve hot. See less
