How to make it

  • Combine 1 cup long grain rice and 2 cups chicken broth in med. saucepan;bring to boil. Cover,reduce heat and simmer 15 min or till liquid is absorbed. Stir in 1/4c thin sliced green onion and 1/2 tsp minced chipolte chile,canned in adobo sauce.
