Chocolate Chip Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 cup plain flour (all purpose)

1/3 cup cocoa

2/3 cup brown sugar

2/3 cup white sugar

1 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 eggs

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a 30cm x 20cm slice tray lined with baking paper.

Bake at 175ºC (350ºF) for 25 - 30 minutes.

No, you don't need to add melted chocolate. Just mix in the chocolate chips as they are and bake.
