How to make it

  • Combine biscuit crumbs and butter and press into the base of a 25cm springform pan. Refrigerate.
  • Beat Cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in condensed milk, cream and gelatine mixture until smooth, then add lemon juice and beat until combined.
  • Pour mixture into prepared base and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

    Love this version.... its the one my mum used to make in the 70s and its my favourite! I sometimes add a can of crushed pineapple ...well drained...as well for a yummy tropical cheesecake.
