Grilled Chuck Steak With Bread Crumb Coating

This is a recipe a friend did and it made the chuck steak tender and juicy.Her recipe so ingredients not exact. Very good.

Coat chuck steak fairly heavy with meat tenderizer. Pat into meat. Let sit 30 mins.
Rinse off tenderizer,dry meat and rub with oil. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and dredge steak in the mixture.
Cook 5 mins a side or to your desired doneness.
