How to make it

  • Coat chuck steak fairly heavy with meat tenderizer. Pat into meat. Let sit 30 mins.
  • Rinse off tenderizer,dry meat and rub with oil. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and dredge steak in the mixture.
  • Cook 5 mins a side or to your desired doneness.
