Ingredients
  • 4 cups French bread cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 3 ounces clarified butter

Directions
  1. Scatter bread evenly on cookie sheet and place in preheated 450 degree oven. Toast until lightly browned and crisp.
  2. Drizzle butter evenly over toasted bread cubes. Toss cubes and return to oven.
  3. Continue to toast until thoroughly crisp and golden brown. Remove from oven, cool thoroughly, and store in air tight container.
