Pan Grilled Swordfish Steaks With Capers

- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves lightly mashed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 pounds swordfish steaks shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers shopping list
How to make it
- Put lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano then beat with fork until salt has dissolved.
- Add olive oil in a thin trickle beating it in with a fork then heat skillet.
- Slip in swordfish steaks and cook 4 minutes then turn and cook 5 minutes longer.
- Pour lemon juice and oregano mixture over fish then turn heat to high.
- Cook for 1 minute turning steaks once then remove from heat and add capers.
- Transfer full contents of pan to a very warm platter and serve at once.
